THE POWER OF THE ABSTRENGTH

THE PRINCIPLES AND THEORIES THAT ARE PREVENTING AND CURING OF AN ASTHMA EVEN IF WITHOUT ANY MEDICATIONS

Upon facing the life realities, there will be something that will be happening in which is sometimes we are having a difficult feelings in accepting of it even if it is basing of the facts that are having right reasons and explanations of it. But we are not having any choice is to face and accept whatever of it as long it is not harmful and painful. That is why, we must be having strength upon handling or managing all of it for us to balance or control our weaknesses. And since the strength is part of our concern, that is why we must be having abstrength for us can be living and surviving here in this world that who is not experiencing in having difficult or hard feelings upon facing and accepting whatever is it.

Some of our Doctors are having knowledge that there is no medication in preventing and curing the asthmatic persons. There is a treatment of it, but it is only a reliever that cannot guarantees in preventing and curing of it. And there are some medicines that can be helping of relieving the so called "asthma", but it cannot guarantees in preventing or curing of it in a lifetime. It is because the function of the several medicines is to crumple our intestine wherefore of its bitterness and acids upon penetrating of it and that will be helping our intestinal activation for releasing or disposing some of the toxic wastes that are inside our stomach or body.

In relation to it, I am having principles and theories in preventing and curing the so called “asthma” that will not in need any of the medications in which are basing of my experimentation and observations. The principles and theories which you cannot regret once you can be following of it.


Asthma is the illness of the persons that who are having weak abstrength. Abstrength is the strength that can be using for releasing or disposing any of the toxic wastes that inside our body whether it is solid, liquid or gas. Gas is the toxic oxygen inside our stomach in which is coming from the undisposed wastes such as bowels etcetera.

Once we are having the so called “asthma”, it is giving sense that we are having weak abstrength. The abstrength shall depend upon of the foods and drinks we are taking and will be taking and to our daily activities or works that is in need to apply force.

Some of our doctors are having interpretations that the so called “asthma” is part of the cardio pulmonary problem. Actually, nothing facts or basis to the truth regarding of it, it is because the so called “asthma” is part of the intestinal disorder wherefore of the undisposed toxic wastes and gas that will be triggering us in having of it.  Intestinal disorder is the irregular functions of our intestine wherefore of the undisposed toxic wastes such as bowels and gas in which inside our stomach. That is why, we must having abstrength for us to gain strength in helping of disposing some of the toxic wastes and gas that are inside our body in a preventions and to fight against illness not only asthma but also for colds, cough, fever, diarrhea, stomachache, insomnia, erectal disfunction for a male and more others that are not yet discover. And since the abstrength is our concern, that is why we are having process in getting or acquiring of it that will be serving us an illness protection. Likewise, the abstrength can be serving us the weapon as of having good health protection.

In having the abstrength it will need time and efforts. And here are the procedures in getting or acquiring abstrength which as follows;

I-Practicing oneself in making habit of executing proper sit-up in 8-12 counts by 3 repetitions in every before meal during morning or evening. Likewise, we will be executing sit-up once or twice a day as long it is having schedule before meal. It can be optional that will be depending upon of our comfortable schedules. The important is we can properly executing of it.  And while executing sit-up, the proper inhale and exhale is advisable and applicable of it. The proper inhale exhale will be depending upon the movements and force which are applying while executing sit-up and other works or activities. Likewise, once we are applying force upon executing exercises such as sit-up and other works or activities, it will matter to our proper inhale and exhale. Otherwise, upon executing of it we will inhale first and holding breathe for us in having force then exhale after it. And every part of our body is having its own strength. That is why, it is better if we will enhance all of it through our daily activities or works and exercises. But to all kinds of exercises make the sit-up as a priority together with our daily works or activities, it is because it is the only way or solution in getting or acquiring our abstrength that can be using as part of a prevention and weapon against illness such as asthma and more others.

II-Practicing oneself in having avoidance in taking some kinds of meat foods or products such as pig, cow, horse, goat, deer, chicken, turkey, carabao, ducks, birds, fish and more others that are having life and can feel pains the same with us. It is because the meat foods or products we are taking and will be taking are part of the reasons of weakening our abstrength. The several meat foods or products can be weakening of our abstrength, it is because we are living psychologically in nature here in this world. That is why, we are naturally psychologically weak. Since we are naturally psychologically weak, that's why; the different kinds of errors, mistakes or else wrongdoings can be affecting us psychologically through to our conditions that’s supposed to be for sit-up executions in order to get or acquire force as part of the process for having abstrength. And, there is nothing facts or basis to the truth regarding of the studies which is stating that the meat foods or products can be helping in building our body wherefore of its vitamins, minerals, nutrients and proteins of it. It is because it is only part of the marketing strategies which are makes in order the meat foods or products will be having demand in the market just for only of a personal interest in which a business purposes as of having own benefits of it. And take note, everything we are taking and will be taking such as different kinds of foods and drinks are only toxic wastes inside our body. And whatever foods and drinks, we can be living and surviving here in this world with a peace of mind and good health as long we can take of it even if without some of the meat foods or products. Remember, the taking of the different kinds of foods and drinks is only part of psychological matter. Since it is only part of psychological matter, that's why; it seems like mind thinking or mentalities. Likewise, whatever we are thinking and will be thinking regarding of the foods and drinks we are taking and will be taking, it will be having reflections to the conditions of our body which through the different kinds of a feelings or emotions. Otherwise, once we are thinking something negative regarding of the foods and drinks we are taking and will be taking, it will be triggering our mind and body not in having good conditions or else negative feelings or emotions. That is why we will be taking foods and drinks because it is need and not because it is delicious which the right mind thinking or mentality to be practice of it.

III-The proper masturbation or else sexual intercourse at least 3-4 times in a week is advisable and applicable. The proper masturbation or else sexual intercourse is advisable and applicable to every one of us whether men or women that who are in a right ages because it is part of releasing or disposing some of the toxic wastes inside our body in which the fluids. The proper masturbation or else sexual intercourse is advisable and applicable to those who are in a right ages whether men or women once they are wanting and having capacities and capabilities in performing and making or doing of it. Whether we like it or not, the girls or ladies must open their legs because it is in need to good health. Likewise, we will need to perform proper masturbation or else sexual intercourse because it is part of our needs. The masturbation or else sexual intercourse is just like spitting, blowing, urinating and bowelling in which the purpose is to release or dispose some of the toxic wastes inside our body such as toxic fluids that binds of the so called 'sperm cells'. And we will need to release or dispose toxic fluids in the prevention of the several illnesses or else diseases. Since masturbation or else sexual intercourse is part of our needs, that's why; we must be preparing some bottles or plastic container as well wipe cloth for the  fluids or else sperm cells in order not to put it elsewhere inside the room. And also we will need different kinds of safety contraceptives such as condoms and others in the prevention of the unwanted pregnancies which are part of the reasons of the poverty situations and overpopulation.


INDICATIONS
We must be having awareness the different kinds of errors, mistakes or else wrongdoings as well crimes such as abusing of the rights of the others upon killing some of the several living creatures like animals, birds and others that are having life and can feel pains same with us. Then since the killings of the several living creatures such as animals, birds and others that are having life and can feel same with us are obviously wrong, that is why the taking of it is also part of our errors, mistakes or else wrongdoings as well crimes. And the different kinds of errors, mistakes or else wrongdoings as well crimes are only hindrance to us in acquiring peace of mind in which is very essential to every one of us since it is one of a process in maintaining our good health. And also upon thinking regarding of the good health, balance diet and rest is advisable and applicable of it. And upon balancing diet and rest, it will always depend upon the efforts or forces we are exerting and will be exerting. Likewise, the more efforts or forces we are exerting and will be exerting the more foods and drinks we are in need to take. Otherwise, the more foods and drinks we are taking and will be taking the more toxic wastes will form inside our body whether solid, liquid or gas. And since everything here in this world is having process through learning performing and making or doing some of the right mind thinking, mentalities, behaviors, attitudes or else principles and theories. That is why maintaining of the proper releasing or disposing of it are advisable and applicable of it such as making or doing something in order to release sweat or else perspiration, spitting, vomiting, blowing, urinating and masturbation or else sexual intercourse are also part of the process in acquiring peace of mind and having good health.
